I was THAT teenager; the one picked last for all school sports!  Even now my throwing and catching skills are a cause for amusement, but I do like being active and luckily for me I was introduced to Pilates.

My sporting tale is really just a way of saying that Pilates is for everybody.  I love Pilates and know from experience that it offers a huge variety of options for anybody that chooses to embrace it. Everything you learn about your body in Pilates will eventually translate into real life; you’ll be sitting better, standing tall, walking well and breathing calmly.

I have been a student of the Pilates method since 2010 and a qualified teacher since 2017. I get great pleasure in seeing the positive changes people make to their body through their own practice.

My biggest achievement to date: finally convincing my highly sceptical husband that Pilates really can help his ankle, knee, hip and lower back pain.
