INTRODUCTION

Hi, I’m Anna and I am an experienced pilates instructor, teaching small group classes and 1-2-1 sessions from my home studio in Haywards Heath. Please browse through the website for more details or click the Book A Class button when you’re ready.

THE STUDIO

I have a small, extremely well equipped studio next to our house on Balcombe Road, Haywards Heath, where I can offer group classes (4 people max.) using Towers, barrels, weighted bars, hand weights and magic circles to assist you in finding greater strength and flexibility in your own body through the method of pilates exercises.  

I also have one classical Reformer and one Wunda Chair, and so if you would like to go deeper into the Pilates method I also offer 1-2-1 sessions where you will have a tailored session using all of the studio appparatus.
